Reliving My Childhood

I totally forgot how much fun Lincoln Logs were!

Log4

I also forgot how expensive they were too!

Log3

Which is why we bought generic Lincoln Logs at Ross, hehe.

Log2

It was the perfect addition for our story that week - The Three Little Pigs.

Log5

Corbin, of course, was The Wolf.

Log9

Hayden didn't really appreciate his "theatrics"
and ran off crying shortly after his house was "huffed and puffed".

Log8

Either way, I had a lot of fun.  Which made me think:
If I'm not having fun with the toys I'm buying them,
I'm probably buying the wrong toys!
Because this was fun...really, really fun.

I saw the cutest set of mini Lincoln Logs that fit into a small cylinder. It seemed the perfect thing to put into luggage while going on a trip or something. And it was only $5 at the Cracker Barrel store. I didn't get it though. I do keep thinking about them though, especially after I saw the regular set for $35! haha

Like this http://www.amazon.com/Maxim-Tumble-Tree-Timbers-Building/dp/B000GGY5VI/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=toys-and-games&qid=1300206735&sr=8-2

But $5.

Now I really want them, haha

How much was your set?
